Eventful Week Ahead

Eventful Week Ahead
Posted on 05/03/2024

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we approach an eventful week ahead, I wanted to take a moment to share some important updates and reminders with you all.

Firstly, I'm thrilled to announce that next week marks Catholic Education Week, a time when we come together to celebrate the contributions and teachings of Catholic education. Our festivities kick off with a pilgrimage this Sunday, where some of our eighth-grade students will participate in a reflective walk. As a school community, we stand in solidarity with those in need. Please check out our school website calendar as we have a few activities where we welcome parents/guardians to attend.

Additionally, next week coincides with Mental Health Awareness Week, a crucial time to prioritize our well-being. We'll be dedicating time to promote activities aimed at enhancing our collective wellness and health. It's vital that we foster an environment where everyone feels supported and valued, especially when it comes to mental health.

On a note regarding safety, I want to remind everyone of our entry procedures to ensure the safety of all our students. Please remember that anyone wishing to enter the school must do so through the front doors and utilize the buzzer system as part of our safety protocol. Upon entering, kindly proceed to the office where you will be greeted by our wonderful school secretary, Mrs. Tardif. For the safety of all, we kindly ask parents not to wander the halls during school hours or enter through the Daycare Doors. Your cooperation in following these procedures is greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain a secure environment for everyone at St. Bernadette.

Lastly, I want to wish you all a fantastic weekend and week ahead.

Thank you for your continued support.

Warm regards,

Mr. Iassogna.
