Dear St. Bernadette Community,
As we settle into February, our school is filled with energy, learning, and a wonderful sense of routine. Thank you for your continued support as we move through the winter months together.

Monday February 2nd
Hot Dog/Chicken Burgers Orders Begin
Hot Dog/Chicken Burger orders will be available on School Cash Online from Monday, February 2 to February 13. Please note that no late orders will be accepted.
Our first Hot Dog/Chicken Burger Day will take place on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, with all meals provided by A1 Pizza. These special lunch days will continue on Tuesdays.

Tuesday, February 3
Grade 5 Trip to Camp Marydale
Our Grade 5 students will spend the day at Camp Marydale participating in outdoor education activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and a love of nature. We wish them a wonderful day of learning and adventure.
Mad Science Begins (After School)
Our Mad Science program kicks off after school. Students enrolled can look forward to exciting, hands‑on STEM activities led by trained instructors.
Friday, February 6
Pizza Day
We end the week with Pizza Day, always a favourite among students. Thank you to our volunteers and staff who help make these special lunches possible.
General Reminders
Winter Weather
As colder temperatures settle in, please ensure students come to school dressed warmly. Winter coats, hats, mittens, and proper boots help students enjoy outdoor recess safely and comfortably.
Skating Reminder
Our school skating event is coming up soon.
All students must have a CSA‑approved helmet to participate.
Please check your child’s equipment ahead of time to ensure they are ready for a safe and enjoyable experience on the ice.
