Do you struggle with maintaining routines for your child(ren) around the Christmas holidays?
For many parents Christmas vacation wreaks havoc on their kids – not only does it alter sleep schedules, but it can also do a number on our children’s eating habits, the amount of physical activity they get, and cause other issues with schedules and routines.
This discussion group is designed to provide parents of 4-12-year-olds with strategies to maintain consistency and routine without being a Grinch. You will have an opportunity to connect with other parents while exploring ways to plan ahead and set appropriate limits, while allowing your child to have a wonderful Christmas experience.
We will also explore positive parenting strategies to help prevent challenges.
